Information

All order are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia, please email us at sales@freesia,com.my or whatsapp our sales team at 012-903 5234.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery instructions

Please make sure all information including address and contact information are correct before checkout.

Shipping charges

All prices not include delivery charges. A minimum shipping charges RM8 for order less than Rm300.00 within West Malaysia. A minimum shipping charges RM80 for order less than Rm800.00 within East Malaysia.

Damaged Item in Transport
